Terengganu International Endurance Park (TIEP): World Class Endurance Equestrian Sports Center

Terengganu International Endurance Park (TIEP), located in Lembah Bidong, Setiu, Terengganu, is one of the top five locations for world-class endurance equestrian sports. TIEP was built in 2007 and is located approximately 40 km from Kuala Terengganu. It has become one of the main attractions in the art of endurance sports.

International Equestrian Event Center

TIEP has hosted various international equestrian events, including the World Endurance Championship in 2008. This event involved 146 riders from 42 countries. TIEP also hosts indoor endurance riding events SEA Games Kuala Lumpur 2017.

Horse Riding Activities

With a stunning backdrop of nature, trainees and participants can enjoy horseback riding all day long. Long-distance races, horse training, and other equestrian events are often held here, attracting horse enthusiasts from around the world.

Advanced Facilities

TIEP has eight stables that can accommodate about 40 horses each. These facilities make TIEP an ideal location for equestrian training and competitions. It also promotes this sport as a fast growing sport in Malaysia.

Equestrian Education and Knowledge

TIEP not only offers an exceptional horse riding experience but also enriches the knowledge of endurance sports. The endurance sport of horse riding tests the ability of the rider and horse to cover a long distance in a set time. Emphasis is placed on horse fitness and health.
